2007 Election Information

Notice is hereby given that the following offices in Alpine City are up for election during the 2007 election year:

City Council (3 seats) – 4-year term beginning January 2008.

Interested persons must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing
• Be a registered voter of the municipality
• Be a resident of the municipality or a resident of the recent annexed area for a period of 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election.

A  “Declaration of Candidacy” must be filed in person with Janis H. Williams, City Recorder from July 1 through July  16, 2007 Monday through Friday during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Alpine City Hall, 20 N. Main, Alpine, Utah Monday through Friday.
